Costly Worship

Devotional Thought:
Wednesday highlights two responses to Jesus: Mary’s sacrificial worship and Judas’s calculated betrayal. Mary pours out costly perfume in love and honor. Judas, valuing money over Christ, moves toward betrayal. Both were close to Jesus, yet their hearts were worlds apart. Proximity to Jesus does not equal devotion to Him.
Application:
Offer Jesus your best, not leftovers. True worship is seen in what we value most: our time, attention, and obedience.

Does my life reflect sacrificial devotion to Jesus, or subtle self-centeredness?
